Career Summary:
Natalia Cid Rodríguez obtained her M.Sc. in Energy and Sustainability from the University of Vigo (Spain) in 2017, followed by a PhD in Energy Efficiency and Sustainability in Engineering and Architecture at the same institution in 2022. Her doctoral thesis was titled "Contributions to the development of electrostatic precipitators for flue gas treatment from biomass combustion."
After completing her PhD, Natalia worked as a researcher in bioenergy at a technology centre in Vigo. In 2024, she began a position as a postdoctoral researcher at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium.
Her research has consistently focused on the feasibility and optimisation of renewable thermochemical processes for energy production.
